Aluminium Section
We are using various types of sections which all are self designed and manufactured by leading aluminium profile companies.
Special Section as Specified by clients:
- Joints to be metered and mechanically connected through special designed aluminium cleat section Indal 2081.
- EPDM or polypropylene weather-strip is provided in outer and shutter frame, ensuring air and water tightness.
- Connected S.S. friction hinges to suit the size of the window which is fixed to window frame with S.S. screws.
- Sleek handle cum lock made of aluminium powder coated is provided. In special window – handle cum lock (2 point / 4 Point locking) is provided.
- Glass is fixed through EPDM gaskets, which holds the glass firmly but is capable of absorbing vibrations due to heavy winds or banging of shutter frame.
- Fixing of frame to masonry is done through FISHER brand imported. Screws [(made out of hardened steel) – Galvanized] with compatible polyamide are provided.
